Liccardi Sound Designs was founded by David Liccardi, a freelance audio engineer with experience in recording, concert, cooperate, theater, and film audio. He began his career as a staff engineer at Unity Gain Recording Studios performing multi-track analog and digital recordings, voice overs, mixing, and video production. David also freelances as a designer and live engineer filling a multitude of positions with many companies and organizations including Thunder Audio, Lightworks Stage Productions, and Thinkwell Design Group. While living in the booming film industry of Atlanta, David has also worked as the location sound mixer for may short films such as The Weed Whacker Massacre, Jukebox Girl, and The Elachee Nature Center (An Oral History). David’s passion for audio production is fueled by a deep love of music, technology, art, and good vibrations. In doing so he dedicates his extra time to researching, experimenting, and keeping up with new advancements in the audio field. Outside of the laboratory David maintains an unhealthy interest in German cars, Craft Beers, fast foods, photography, and the food truck movement.
